2. Description of Service
Context Keyboard is an AI-powered keyboard extension designed to help users generate contextual text replies in different tones (Flirty, Casual, Formal).
The service:
Generates AI-powered reply suggestions based on pasted text
Personalizes responses based on your profile (gender, age)
Offers multiple tone options for different communication styles
Requires a paid subscription after a free trial period
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Context Keyboard requires a paid subscription to use after the free trial period.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service.
You may not:
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, or misleading content
Use the service to spam, scam, or deceive others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with the operation or security of the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service in any way that could harm minors
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Context Keyboard, including software, design, and branding, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.
8. AI-Generated Content
Context Keyboard provides AI-generated suggestions to assist with writing.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not reflect your intended meaning
You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing suggestions before sending them
The service does not guarantee correctness, tone, or appropriateness of generated content
AI-generated content should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
You are responsible for any consequences of using AI-generated content
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do NOT store your messages or conversation content
Only your profile information is stored to personalize responses
Message content is processed in real-time and not saved
10. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the service will meet your specific requirements
The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
We are not responsible for service outages, delays, or data loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months, if any
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
You may stop using ContextKeyboard at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately end.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you create or share using the service
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
